I started my day by visiting the new high schools soccer fields. Soccer was a huge part of my life growing up. Especially during my high school years.
When I tell you I lost all things related to stamina I mean it. This semester and summer I have spent a lot of time working out, but more on the side of weight lifting as opposed to cardio. It showed today. Within the first few minutes I was covered in sweat and breathing a little heavier than normal.
When I make it back to College Station, I will most definetely playing more soccer. It was really great being able to kick around a ball like the old days.
A Happy Happy Birthday
One of my neices turned two today. It was great to be in town for her birthday as I have not been able to be around for birthdays as I have had school or work. It was great to celebrate her.
Habit Tracking
Today, I journaled, worked out, read, did not track my caloric intake, and did not work on at least one of my personal projects. Today was a still a good day.
What I am thankful for
I am thankful for soccer. It has brought me many friends and amazing memories throughout my life.
